为了有效提高计算机专业学生实践能力和服务地方能力,提出向应用技术类型院校转型发展背景下的计算机专业产学研合作新模式。通过接地气,寻找计算机专业服务地方发展的突破口;通过夯基础,建设一支理论知识扎实、实践动手能力强、有行业背景的"双师型"教师队伍;通过追求卓越,开展深度校企合作,培养高质量的、企业对口的应用型人才。该方案对转型发展中的地方本科院校具有一定的参考价值。

In order to effectively improve the abilities of practice and local service of computer professional students, a mode of production-study-research cooperation is proposed in the background of the transformation and development to colleges of application and technology. Through down-to-earth, it finds a breakthrough in computer professional services for local development; through the foundation, to build a "double" teachers team with theoretical knowledge, practical ability and the industry background.
