弱化约束下的储能电站频率混合整数线性规划算法

摘要:

针对储能电站频率调整过程中局部最优解、经济性和运行稳定性问题,设计一种弱化约束条件下的储能电站频率混合整数线性规划算法。考虑储能电站的运行模式,构建储能系统等效模型。结合混合整数线性规划思想,将储能电站频率调整问题表述为最小化线性问题,并引入弱化约束原理,以最小化成本为核心设计仅包含线性约束方程的储能电站频率调整目标函数。借鉴分支切割算法和舍入法的算法思想,构建开源整数规划求解器,与变量取整策略相结合提出固定—推断法,依托于此对混合整数线性规划目标函数进行求解,得到合理的储能电站频率调整方案。算例分析结果表明,所提出的算法应用后储能电站日调频净收益达到了9315.37元,极大提升了储能电站经济收益。

Abstract:

Aiming at the problems of local optimal solution,economy and operation stability in the process of frequency adjustment of energy storage power station,a mixed integer linear programming algorithm for frequency of energy storage power station under weakening constraints is designed.Considering the operation mode of energy storage power station,the equivalent model of energy storage system is constructed.Combining the mixed integer linear programming idea,the frequency adjustment problem of energy storage power station is formulated as a minimum linear problem,and the weakening constraint principle is introduced to design the frequency adjustment objective function of energy storage power station with only linear constraint equations as the core to minimum costs.By drawing on the algorithm ideas of branch cutting algorithm and rounding method,an open-source integer programming solver is constructed,and a fixed-inference method is proposed by combining with variable rounding strategy.Based on this,the mixed integer linear programming objective function is solved to obtain a reasonable frequency adjustment plan for energy storage power station.The analysis results of the example show that after the application of the proposed algorithm,the daily frequency regulation net income of the energy storage station reaches 9315.37 yuan,which greatly improves the economic benefits of energy storage power station.
