以上海建桥学院商学院电子商务专业为研究对象,从2021年至2024年毕业的四届学生中收集了调研问卷共596份,从就业岗位、核心能力评分和核心课程评分3个方面,分析学生能力培养问题。研究结果表明:人才培养符合上海及长三角地区的能力要求,区域就业率和行业就业率较高;在5项核心能力中,实践能力对于电商专业主要就业岗位的影响权重最大;课程设置与能力培养之间均呈现出强相关性。所提研究成果不仅对于所研究院校电商专业建设有积极的指导意义,对于同类高校类似专业学生的能力培养建设和改革也具有很好的参考作用。
Abstract:Taking the E-commerce major of the Business School of Shanghai Jianqiao University as the research object, this paper collects a total of 596 questionnaires from four classes of students graduating from 2021 to 2024, and analyzes the issue of students' competence cultivation in terms of three dimensions: employment positions, core competence ratings and core curriculum ratings. The research results are as follows. The talent cultivation meets the competency requirements of Shanghai and the Yangtze River Delta region, and it achieves higher regional employment rate and industry employment rate. Among the five core competencies, practical competence has the greatest weight of influence on the main employment positions of E-commerce major. There is strong correlation between both curriculum provision and competence cultivation. The results of this investigation not only have positive guiding significance for the construction of E-commerce major in the researched university, but also serve as a good reference for the construction and reform of competence cultivation for students with similar majors in other colleges and universities.
