设计的快递智能自动分拣系统采用C/S架构,分为智能终端和信息系统两大模块,两者根据TCP/IP协议建立连接,基于档板式分拣机实现自动控制功能。具体在DSP处理器平台上开发作为客户端的智能终端,摄像头会在包裹的位置通过红外感应器完成检测后被触发,执行对包裹运单图像的采集和处理过程,最终译出运单号码,再通过计算机信息系统完成包裹目的地的查询,智能终端据此通过控制分离旋转挡臂实现自动分拣过程。测试结果表明该系统能够有效实现对运单号码的自动识别过程及自动分拣,使物流中心的快递包裹分拣效率得以有效提升。
Abstract:An express intelligent automatic sorting system is designed in this paper, it adopts C/S architecture, and is divided into two modules: intelligent terminal and information system. The two modules establish connections by using TCP/IP protocol, and realize automatic control function based on the baffle sorter. The smart terminal is developed as a client on the DSP processor platform. A camera is triggered after the detection of the infrared sensor by the position of the package, and the process of collecting and processing the image of the package document is executed, and the waybill number is finally translated The computer information is then transmitted. The system completes the inquiry of the package destination, and the intelligent terminal realizes the automatic sorting process by controlling the separation of the rotating arm. The test results show that the system can effectively realize the automatic identification process of the waybill number and the automatic sorting control process, so that the logistics parcel sorting efficiency of the logistics center can be effectively improved.
