基于改进ABC算法的电力通信网络优化方法研究

摘要:

针对目前电力通信网络路由选择方法存在效率低和灵活性差的问题,提出一种用于电力通信网络路由的改进人工蜂群算法。以路径长度、路由等待时间及丢包率为优化目标构建路由模型,采用改进人工蜂群算法进行路径选择。利用共轭梯度法优化跟随蜂阶段提高局部精确搜索,利用禁忌搜索算法优化侦查蜂阶段的搜索效率。通过实验分析了所提方法的服务质量(QoS)指标和抗拥塞能力,验证了所提方法的优越性。结果表明,所提方法比常规路由选择方法具有更好的路由选择效率,同时兼顾了灵活性、抗拥塞能力和QoS指标,5类业务平均时延降低了21.24%,丢包率平均降低了4.81%,带宽平均增加了5.26Mbps。所提方法对我国智能电网的发展具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:

In response to the problems of low efficiency and poor flexibility in current routing methods for power communication networks,an improved artificial bee colony algorithm for routing of power communication networks is proposed.A routing model is established with the optimization objectives of path length,path waiting time and packet loss rate,the model is solved using the improved artificial bee colony algorithm.The onlooker bee stage is optimized using conjugate gradient method to improve local accurate search.A tabu search algorithm is used to optimize the search efficiency of the scout bee stage.The quality of service(QoS) indicators and anti congestion capability of the proposed method are analyzed through experiments,and the superiority of the proposed method is verified.The results indicate that the proposed method has better routing efficiency than traditional routing methods,simultaneously balancing flexibility,anti congestion capability and QoS indicators.The average latency of five types of services decreases by 21.24%,the average packet loss rate decreases by 4.81%,the average bandwidth increases by 5.26 Mbps.The proposed method provides certain assistance for the development of China' s smart grid.
