医院急危重症快速救治平台的设计与应用

摘要:

在数字化转型的政策背景下,探索并利用数字化手段加强快速医疗急救服务工作。以上海市浦东新区公利医院为背景,利用人工智能、音视频通话等数字化技术构建医院急危重症快速救治平台,优化原有院前—院内急救体系。选取患者进入医院大门至首次球囊扩张(DTOB)时间和患者进入医院到静脉溶栓开始给药(DTN)时间2个指标,按照平台上线前后将患者分成参照组和观察组,采用t检验对平台应用效果进行实证分析。观察组的DTOB时间和DTN时间均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01和P<0.001),表明平台的成功应用,显著缩短了急救患者的救治时间,提高了医院急救效率。

Abstract:

Exploring and using digital means to enhance rapid medical emergency services in the context of the policy of digital transformation.In the context of Gongli Hospital of Shanghai Pudong New Area, artificial intelligence, audio-visual communication and other digital technologies are used to build a rapid treatment platform for acute and critical illnesses, the original pre-hospital-in-hospital emergency system. Two indicators, the time from the patient entering the hospital gate to the first balloon dilation(DTOB) and the time from the patient entering the hospital to the start of intravenous thrombolysis administration(DTN) are selected, patients are divided into reference and observation groups according to before and after the platform is launched, and t-test is used to empirically analyze the application effect of the platform.The DTOB time and DTN time of the observation group are lower than those of the reference group, and the differences are statistically significant(P<0.01 and P<0.001), indicating that the successful application of the platform significantly shortened the rescue time of emergency patients and improved the efficiency of hospital emergency treatment.
