设计了一款基于增强型STM32控制的智能防漏水系统,由霍尔式传感器检测管道水流量,通过MCU控制器的计算,将实时用水量和用水时长在LCD屏幕上显示。当单次用水量或用水时间超过设定值时,则认为当前水管是漏水状态,MCU控制器立即向电机发送信号,关闭水阀系统,并将消息经NRF2401芯片通过WiFi无线通信模块发送到用户微信小程序,提醒用户。这个系统实用方便,可避免家庭或企业遭受水管爆裂,或忘关水龙头等淹水的财产损失,具有较强的实用性和推广价值。
Abstract:In this paper, an intelligent water leakage control system based on STM32 is designed. The water flow of pipeline is detected by Hall sensor, and the water consumption is displayed on LCD screen through the calculation of MCU controller. When the single water consumption or water consumption time exceeds the set value, it is considered that the current water is in leakage state, immediately the water valve is closed, and the message is sent to the user's WeChat applet via WiFi and via nRF2401 chip to remind the user. The system is practical and convenient. It can avoid the property loss caused by burst of water pipe or forgetting to turn off the tap. It has strong practicability and popularization value.
