传统在线采集系统采集的数据质量不高,为此,设计基于OPC UA技术的印染企业车间设备数据在线采集系统。传感器搭载采集卡在线采集印染企业车间设备数据,借助OPC UA传输协议将数据传输到OPC UA服务器,运行数据处理模块,实施异常值、缺失值处理,并进行规范化。将处理后的数据存储到数据库,完成印染企业车间设备数据采集。结果表明,OPC UA传输方式的数据包延迟抖动范围更小,说明OPC UA传输的稳定性和可靠性更高。
Abstract:The quality of data collected by traditional online collection system is not high. Therefore, an online data collection system for workshop equipment in printing and dyeing enterprises based on OPC UA technology is designed. The sensor is equipped with the collection card to collect the equipment data of the workshop of printing and dyeing enterprises online, and the data are transmitted to the OPC UA server with the help of the OPC UA transmission protocol, and the data processing module is operated to implement the abnormal value, missing value processing and standardization. The processed data are stored in the database to complete the data collection in printing and dyeing enterprise workshop equipment. The results show that the packet delay jitter range of OPC UA transmission is smaller, which indicates the stability and reliability of OPC UA transmission is higher.
