应用华东某地区电网近年度运行数据,结合区域配电网影响供电可靠性的因素,对供电可靠性指标的影响因素进行罗列,对影响因素使用层次分析法(AHP)进行定性和定量相结合的分析,用以确定供电可靠性综合评价指标。依据提出的综合评价指标针对区域电网供电可靠性提升提出改进思路及管理与技术措施。以实际数据进行验证,结果表明该分析方法及所提措施对供电可靠性提升具有一定的参考价值。
Abstract:According to the recent annual operation data of the power grid in a certain area of East China, combined with the factors of the regional distribution network that affect the reliability of power supply, influencing factors of the power supply reliability index are listed, and combined qualitatively and quantitatively using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP). Analysis is completed to determine the comprehensive evaluation index of power supply reliability. Based on the comprehensive evaluation index proposed, improvement ideas and management and technical measures are proposed for the improvement of regional power supply reliability. The actual data are used for verification, and the results show that the analysis method and the proposed measures have certain reference value for the improvement of power supply reliability.
