核心能力培养是提高人才培养质量的首要任务。针对软件技术专业面临的挑战和机遇,从核心能力的概念入手,以《悉尼协议》毕业要求为标尺,提出高职软件技术专业的核心能力模型,理清核心能力与课程体系之间的关系,遵循"以学生为中心,以成果为导向,持续改进"理念重构基于核心能力的课程体系,以期为软件技术专业的人才培养与教学改革提供参考和借鉴。
Abstract:The cultivation of core competence is the primary task of improving the quality of talent cultivation. In response to the challenges and opportunities faced by software technology majors, this paper starts with the concept of core competence, and takes the graduation requirements of the Sydney Agreement as a criterion, proposes a core competence model of software technology major in higher vocational colleges, and clarifies the relationship between core competence and curriculum system. Following the concept of "student-centered, results-oriented, continuous improvement", the curriculum system based on core competence is reconstructed to provide a reference for software technology major talent training and teaching reform.
