一种移动式高空作业平台的防撞预警装置

摘要:

针对移动式高空作业平台不具备防撞警示功能的现状,设计一种可安装于移动式高空作业平台四周的一主机多从机的防撞预警装置。在无需改变作业平台结构和外观的前提下,从机的预警装置可随意通过魔术贴固定在作业平台任意位置,采用超声波测距和2.4 G无线通信方式,当任意一个从机超声波测距数据低于安全距离阈值时,系统发出声光报警提醒,同时,安全保障人员通过主机可实时接收到所有从机的超声波测距数据、报警信息和从机电池电量。测试表明,所设计装置能够有效避免因碰撞导致的安全事故,提高移动式高空作业平台人员的安全性。

Abstract:

Aimed at the current situation that the mobile aerial work platform does not have the anti-collision warning function, an anti-collision warning device of one main engine and multiple slaves that can be installed around the mobile aerial work platform is designed. Under the premise of no need to change the structure and appearance of the work platform, the early warning device of the slave machine can be fixed in any position of the work platform through velcro at will. It adopts ultrasonic ranging and 2.4 G wireless communication methods to achieve sound and light alarm reminders when the ultrasonic ranging data of any slave installed on the aerial work platform is below the safety distance threshold. At the same time, safety personnel can receive all the ultrasonic ranging data, alarm information and slave battery power in real time through the host. The test results show that the designed device can effectively avoid safety accidents caused by collisions and improve the safety of mobile aerial work platform personnel.
