基于跨平台技术的自动气象站国家级中心系统应用研究

摘要:

分析目前全国各省自动气象站设备建设及运行情况,针对传统省级中心站软件并发接入自动站数量受到限制,以及各级气象部门无法统一运维和操作系统等问题,结合气象业务集约化、统一化发展需求,提出自动气象站国家级中心系统的建设。依据Service Oriented Architecture(SOA)架构,采用.NET core技术框架,应用云计算、分布式存储、云边协同等技术实现数据接收、处理、上传和分发至气象局各级业务系统。自动气象站国家级中心系统完全支持“银河麒麟”和“统信UOS”等国产操作系统,满足跨平台部署以及国家级自动气象站并发接入量需求。

Abstract:

This paper analyzes the current construction and operational status of automatic weather station equipments across various provinces in China. To overcome the limitations of traditional provincial-level center station software in terms of concurrent access to automatic stations and the inability of meteorological departments at all levels to perform unified operation, maintenance and operating systems, considers the development needs of intensive and unified meteorological business, and proposes to construct a automatic weather station national-level center system. Utilizing the Service Oriented Architecture(SOA) architecture and the.NET core technology framework, the system employs cloud computing, distributed storage and cloud-edge collaboration technologies to achieve data reception, processing, uploading and distribution to meteorological business systems at all levels. The automatic weather station national-level center system fully supports domestic operating systems such as “Kylin” and “Uniontech UOS”, meeting the requirements of cross-platform deployment and concurrent access to national-level automatic weather stations.
