摘要:

为了解决电力广域网络通信路由分配利用率较低的问题,提出基于模糊神经网络(FNN)的电力广域网络通信多目标路由分配优化算法。结合多信道无线Mesh网络体系,分配网络通信路由信道。基于分配后的网络通信路由信道,采用FNN建立模糊推理规则调整路由参数。以调整后的参数为优化参数,建立图生成网络结合自编码器网络(GGN-AEN)模型,通过状态信息对下一跳路由进行选择。构建多目标分配优化结构,实现电力广域网络通信多目标路由分配优化。实验结果表明,应用所提出的算法进行路由分配优化后,资源分配利用率最高增长了41.64%,平均增长率为39.60%,大幅提高了电力广域网络通信路由分配利用率,具有较好的优化效果。

Abstract:

In order to solve the problem of low utilization of communication routing allocation in power wide area network, a multi-objective routing allocation optimization algorithm for power wide area network communication based on fuzzy neural network(FNN) is proposed. This paper allcates network communication routing channels by combining multi-channel wireless Mesh network system. Based on the allocated network communication routing channels, the FNN is used to establish fuzzy inference rules to adjust routing parameters. The adjusted parameters are used as optimization parameters, and the graph generative network with autoencoder network(GGN-AEN) model is established to continuously select the next hop route through state information. A multi-objective allocation optimization structure is constructed to achieve multi-objective routing optimization in power wide area network communication. The experimental results show that after applying the proposed algorithm for routing allocation optimization, the highest allocation resource utilization rate increases by 41.64%, with an average growth rate of 39.60%, which significantly improves the routing allocation utilization rate of power wide area network communication, and has good optimization effect.
