为了解决不同机载设备间的信息传输与共享问题,基于以太网的前导字符实现多总线融合。设计包括总线融合器、控制中心和测试节点的机载数据总线分布式测试系统,详细设计硬件部分的以太网接口、IO输入输出模块、双DSP测试模块以及软件实现方案。以电动舵机为例利用Simulink构建仿真模型证明系统运行可靠且运算效率优异,为机载设备状态监测及性能测试提供了技术支撑方案。
Abstract:In order to solve the information transmission and sharing between different airborne equipment, the leading character is used to realize multiple bus fusion based on Ethernet. A distributed test system of airborne data bus, including bus fusion, control center, and test nodes is designed. It designs in detail the hardware part of the Ethernet interface, IO input/output module, double DSP test modules, and software implementation scheme. Taking the electric steering gear as an example, the simulation model built by Simulink proves that the system runs reliably and has excellent computing efficiency, which provides a technical support scheme for the condition monitoring and performance testing of airborne equipment.
