为了提升混合电力能量系统能量规划的效果,提出基于混合整数线性规划方法的优化模型,以最小化系统规划总成本。所提模型可通过协调混合电力能量系统和配电网对用户的电力供应,合理规划光伏发电系统和柴油发电机的容量。为了验证所提模型的有效性,将所提模型应用于深圳市某个商业消费者案例,并将所提模型对混合电力能量系统能量规划的结果与穷举搜索方法进行了对比。结果表明,所提模型可与穷举搜索方法获得相同的能量规划效果,但在规划速率上有大幅度提升。
Abstract:To improve the energy planning effect of hybrid electric energy system, an optimization model based on mixed integer linear planning method is proposed to minimize the total cost of system planning. The proposed model can plan the capacity of photovoltaic power generation system and diesel generator reasonably by coordinating the power supply of hybrid electric energy system and the distribution nertwork to users. In order to verify the validity of the proposed model, the proposed model is applied to a commercial consumer case in Shenzhen City. The energy planning results of the proposed model are compared with the exhaustive search method. The results show that the proposed model can obtain the same energy planning effect as the exhaustive search method, but the planning rate is greatly improved.
