摘要:

为了提高修复绝缘破损的输电线路安全性,降低维修成本,设计一种输电线路绝缘修复装置。此装置选用STC15W4K系列单片机作为主控芯片,NRF24L01无线通信模块和L298N电机驱动模块,配合机械结构实现远程控制修复装置在输电线上行走以及修复动作,图像传输模块具有远程图像传输功能实现实时回传修复过程图像等。用户在修复装置实时回传画面指引下远程控制修复装置行走至待修复区并进行修复操作。该修复装置能安全稳定运行,能实现绝缘修复动作,有一定的实际应用参考价值。

Abstract:

In order to improve the safety for repairing the damaged insulation and reduce the maintenance cost, a transmission line insulation repairing device is designed. This device uses STC15 W4 K series single-chip microcomputer as the main control chip. The NRF24 L01 wireless module and the L298 N motor drive module cooperate with the mechanical structure to realize the remote control of the repair device walking on the power line and the repair action. The image transmission module has the remote image transmission function to realize the real-time return of the repair process and image. The user remotely controls the repair device to walk to the area to be repaired and performs repair operations under the guidance of the repair device's real-time return screen. The repair device can operate safely and stably, and can realize insulation repair actions, which has certain practical application reference value.
