屡禁不止的非法运营现象给整个社会带来了一系列问题,为了彻底治理非法运营,论文提出了基于NFC的非法运营车辆监管系统研究。该系统使用了NFC、GPRS、3/4G、GIS、叫车功能、黑名单、调度管理技术,可以实现合法运营车辆的自动识别、手机支付、服务评价和投诉;实现非法运营车辆的举报、追踪和乘客定位,有效地解决查处"黑车"过程中取证难的问题,提高执法的效率,确保"黑车"乘客的安全。
Abstract:Illegal operating phenomenon brings a series of problems to the society in spite of repeated prohibitions. In order to thoroughly govern the illegal operation, the thesis brings out the research on the supervision system of illegal operating vehicles based on the NFC. The system uses NFC, GPRS, 3/4G, GIS, calling service, blacklist and scheduling management technology to realize automatic identification, mobile payment, service evaluation and complaint of the legal operating vehicles. The system can also realize the illegal operating vehicles' report, trace and the location of the users, and can efficiently solve the trouble in the course of investigation of the illegal operating vehicles, improve the efficiency of the enforcement of the law and ensure the security of the passengers of the illegal operating vehicles.
