摘要:

基于三维虚拟仿真技术,采用Unity3D为主要开发平台,针对中小型农机零部件制造企业提出制造规划生产线设计方法。对制造目标零部件进行生产控制规划,构建虚拟孪生体,规划生产控制过程。试验结果表明,基于所提出的方法设计的农机架构中部分轴承套及轴承套筒的制造规划生产线,可视化程度高,实现虚实互控,通信延迟较小,可在一定程度减少在实际生产过程中的问题,降低生产控制成本,从而达到有效、高效规划生产。

Abstract:

This paper proposes a design method of manufacturing planning production line for small and medium-sized agricultural machinery parts manufacturing enterprises based on 3D virtual simulation technology and using Unity3D as the main development platform. The method carries out production control planning for manufacturing target parts, builds virtual twins, and plans the production control process. The test results show that the manufacturing planning production line of the bearing ring and bearing sleeve designed based on the proposed method has higher visualization degree, realizes virtual and real mutual control, and has less communication delay, which can reduce the problems in the actual production process to a certain extent, and reduce the production control cost, so as to achieve effective and efficient production planning.
