考虑全生命周期的电力企业复杂多级项目进度监控方法

摘要:

社会对电力能源需求的不断增加,致使电力企业项目规模不断加大,项目结构也愈加复杂,为项目进行与完成增加了困难,这就对项目进度监控提出了更高的要求,故研究考虑全生命周期的电力企业复杂多级项目进度监控方法。深入分析项目进度监控与全生命周期之间的关系,搭建电力企业复杂多级项目进度监控框架,以此为基础,建立项目进度工作分解结构模型,构造项目进度监测结果计算公式,确定进度值与权重系数衡量方式,获取最终的项目进度监测结果,计算其与既定计划之间的偏差,制定相应电力企业复杂多级项目进度控制程序,从而实现项目进度的监测与控制。实验结果表明,该方法通过14 d将项目进度调整为与既定计划一致,并且后续一直保持此种状态,充分证实了该方法进度监控效果更佳。

Abstract:

The continuous increase in social demand for electricity energy results in an increase in the scale of power enterprise projects and complex project structure, which causes great adverse effects on project progress and completion. It also puts forward higher requirements for project progress monitoring. Therefore, a complex multi-level project progress monitoring method for power enterprise considering the whole life cycle is proposed. This paper deeply analyzes the relationship between project progress monitoring and the whole life cycle, and builds a complex multi-level project progress monitoring framework for power enterprise. Based on this, this paper establishes a project progress work breakdown structure model, constructs calculation formulas for project progress monitoring results, determines the measurement method for progress values and weight coefficients, obtains the final project progress monitoring results, calculates their deviation from the established plan and develops corresponding complex multi-level project schedule control procedures for power enterprise to achieve monitoring and control of project progress. The experimental results show that the method adjusts the project schedule to be consistent with the established plan by 14 d and maintains this state continuously, which fully confirms that the proposed method has better progress monitoring effect.
