以提高新能源发电质量和稳定性为目的,通过功率与电量预估技术应用,优化设计新能源发电机组集控调度方法。构建新能源发电机组稳态运行模型,采集新能源发电机组运行数据和历史运行数据,预估新能源发电机组功率与电量。从功率平衡、机组最小启停时间等方面,设置集控调度约束条件,集控调度新能源发电机组。实验结果表明,该方法可以在各个时间段满足用户的用电要求,电能利用率较对比方法提高了1.02个百分点,有效降低电能电压波动系数。
Abstract:In order to improve the quality and stability of new energy power generation, a centralized control dispatching method for new energy generating units is optimized through the application of power and electricity estimation technology. This paper builds the steady-state operation model of new energy generating units, collect the operation data and historical operation data of new energy generating units, and estimate the power and electricity of new energy generating units. From the aspects of power balance and the minimum start and stop time of the unit. This paper sets the constraints for centralized control and dispatching, and centrally dispatch the new energy generating units. The experimental results show that this method can meet the power requirements of users in each time period, and the power utilization ratio is increased by 1.02 percentage points, which effectively reduces the power voltage fluctuation coefficient.
