介绍了鞍山供电公司直流电源在线监测管理系统的升级,包括其基本结构、应用功能及直流屏、绝缘、蓄电池模块等运行状态信息的采集与展现。在保证整体性能不改变的前提下,用特定的工业级通讯模块及电源代替原系统的采集设备,大幅度节约系统建设及运维成本。提出了在系统中采用专家系统技术或机制做辅助分析的思路,并探讨了对直流电源设备运行状态进行评估的工具和方法。初步应用表明了系统对状态检修等支持的有效性。

The paper introduces the upgrade of DC power supply online monitoring system of Anshan power supply company, including its basic structure, application features and operating condition information acquisition and display of the DC panel, insulation and battery module. On the premise of guaranteeing the information acquisition overall performance invariable, instead of the original information acquisition equipment, using of the particular industrial communication module and power greatly saves the cost of system construction and operations. The thinking of using an expert system technology or mechanism is put forward to do the aided analysis in the system, and it discusses some tools and methods for assessing the operating condition of DC power supply equipment. The preliminary application shows that the effectiveness of the system's support to the condition based maintenance.
