针对现代高校图书馆图书剔旧效率低下,不规范等问题,以中国石油大学(华东)图书馆(以下简称石大馆)为例,根据图书剔旧的原理和流程,首先利用因素分析法统计分析出影响图书剔旧的各个因素,再结合层次分析法计算分析得到图书剔旧因素的权重值,生成石大馆特有的图书剔旧指标体系,最后根据汇文系统、图书盘点设备、图书数据库系统和自动分拣机,设计出一款基于图书盘点的智能剔旧系统,有效地提高了图书剔旧的效率和智能化,大大减少了馆员的工作量。
Abstract:In order to solve problems of low efficiency and non-standard in weeding out books in modern university libraries, this paper takes the library of China university of petroleum(East China) as an example to design an intelligent weeding system, according to the principle and process of book weeding. First, the factors that influence the book weeding are statistically analyzed by using the factor analysis method, and the weights of the factors are calculated and analyzed by the analytic hierarchy process. Then we generate the unique index system of book weeding in Shida library. We combine the Huiwen system, book counting equipment and book database system to design an intelligent weeding system based on book inventory. The system effectively improves the efficiency and intelligence of book weeding and greatly reduces the workload of librarians.
