As an institution of higher education to cultivate high-quality talents, the employment situation of college students is severe in recent years, and the employment problem is increasingly prominent. In this paper, data mining and analysis technology are used to build a series of analysis methods such as “Internet plus employment guidance, Internet plus job hunting and recruitment, Internet plus employment evaluation” to help college students to achieve high-quality employment.
