基于PLC的高压电气驱动控制可靠性研究

摘要:

传统高压电气驱动控制方法存在失效率、故障率较高等问题,因此提出一种基于PLC的高压电气驱动控制方法。应用中央处理器、输入输出模块、用户程序处理器、系统程序处理器以及电源构成PLC控制器。采用容量较大、寿命近似于服从指数分布的电容,构建直流母线所支撑的电容模型、控制电路模型和功率元器件(IGBT)模型。通过串联的方式确定故障率,以此实现高压电气的驱动控制系统可靠性研究。实验结果表明与传统方法相比,所提方法对高压电气的驱动控制效果好、故障率低,具有高可靠性以及强鲁棒性。

Abstract:

In view of the high failure rate of traditional high-voltage electric drive control method, a reliability research method of high-voltage electric drive control based on PLC is proposed. The PLC controller is composed of CPU, I/O module, user program processor, system program processor and power supply. Using a capacitor with a larger capacity and a life similar to an exponential distribution, the capacitor model, control circuit model and power component(IGBT) model supported by the DC bus are constructed. The failure rate is determined by the way of series connection, so as to realize the reliability research of high-voltage electric drive control system. The experimental results show that the proposed method has good control effect, low failure rate, high reliability and high quality, robustness compared with the traditional method.
