为了提高对用户健康数据的分析和利用效率,提出一种基于属性加密的全同态加密算法(HEA-ABE),并构建电子健康档案(EHR)系统。研究结果表明,在60 s时,HEA-ABE的正确性比全同态加密算法(HEA)高22.6%,安全性高17.9%。构建2种算法的EHR系统,4种不同服务对象对基于2种算法构建的EHR系统的平均评分值分别为4.355和2.213,说明采用HEA-ABE构建的EHR系统具有较好的性能和表现,更能促进医疗信息化建设下的数据分析和隐私保护。
Abstract:In order to improve the analysis and utilization efficency of user health data, a full homomorphic encryption algorithm based on attribute encryption(HEA-ABE) is proposed, and electronic health record(EHR) system is constructed. The research results show that after 60 s operation, the correctness of HEA-ABE is 22.6% higher than that of the full homomorphic encryption algorithm(HEA), and its security is 17.9% higher. An EHR system based on two algorithms is built, and the average ratings of the four different service objects for the EHR system constructed based on the two algorithms are 4.355 and 2.213, respectively. The EHR system constructed by HEA-ABE has better performance, which can better promote data analysis and privacy protection under the construction of medical informatization.
