基于KVM技术的变电站微机监控端运维交互优化

摘要:

在变电站微机监控端,复杂的操作界面和流程会增加人为操作失误的风险,从而引发故障或事故。为了保证系统的稳定性和可靠性,提出基于键盘、显示器、鼠标(KVM)技术的变电站微机监控端运维交互优化方法。结合相机内外参数和空间转换关系,采用特征匹配算法调整图像的几何畸变,修正图像视差。基于此,采用KVM技术将虚拟化组件交互应用到实际装配,实现变电站微机监控端运维交互优化。实验结果表明,应用所提出的方法对变电站微机监控端运维进行交互优化,可以将运维人员的工作完成率提高至0.88以上,有效提高运维效率。

Abstract:

The complex operation interface and process in the microcomputer monitoring terminal of substation may increase the risk of human operational error, thereby causing faults or accidents. To ensure the stability and reliability of the system, a method for optimizing the operation and maintenance interaction of substation microcomputer monitoring terminal based on keyboard, video, mouse(KVM) technology is proposed. By combining the internal and external parameters of the camera and the spatial conversion relationship, a feature matching algorithm is used to adjust the geometric distortion of the image and correct the image disparity. Based on this, KVM technology is adopted to apply virtualization component interaction to actual assembly, achieving optimization of operation and maintenance interaction of substation microcomputer monitoring terminal. The experimental results show that applying the proposed method for interactive optimization of substation microcomputer monitoring terminal operation and maintenance can increase the completion rate of operation and maintenance personnel to over 0.88, and improve operation and maintenance efficiency effectively.
