传统系统在监测运动强度时没有考虑到训练强度与训练效果之间的关系,因而在进行高强度的训练时会出现损伤的情况,为此,提出基于行为识别的运动训练强度监测系统设计方案。通过三轴加速度传感器获取人体行为识别数据和运动训练强度数据,通过蓝牙无线传输协议将数据传送至计算机系统中,由数据存储单元完成数据的存储,用户中心管理模块完成对数据的实时监控,由此实现对人体运动训练强度的监测。监测系统利用中央处理器保证系统可以在低功耗的环境中稳定运行,通过USB接口和专用电源接口2种模式为系统供电,实现系统长时间稳定地运行。通过对系统性能测试,结果表明监测系统与专业机器测量的结果极为接近,而且具备方便携带的特点,为科学训练、提高训练效率提供了技术支持。
Abstract:The traditional system does not consider the relationship between training intensity and training effect when monitoring exercise intensity, it is often injured because of high-intensity training. Therefore, a design scheme of exercise training intensity monitoring system based on behavior recognition is proposed. Human behavior recognition data and training intensity data are obtained by three-axis acceleration sensor. The data are transmitted to the computer system through Bluetooth wireless transmission protocol. The data storage unit completes the data storage, and the user center management module completes the real-time monitoring of the data, so as to realize the monitoring of human sports training intensity. The monitoring system uses the CPU to ensure that the system can run stably in the environment of low power consumption, and supplies power to the system through USB interface and special power interface, so that the system can run stably for a long time. Through the system performance test, the results show that the monitoring system is very close to the professional machine measurement results, and has the characteristics of easy to carry, which provides technical support for scientific training and improving training efficiency.
