计及新能源风电波动性的配电网损耗计算研究

摘要:

为提高含风电并网的配电网损耗计算的精确度及时效性,在分析风电功率特性及其对配电网损耗影响的基础上,建立了基于改进随机森林法的配电网损耗计算数学模型,由系统运行数据获得与损耗相关的电气特征量,对于风电波动程度的评估则提出了波动系数指标,再由改进随机森林法获取特征量与损耗间的复杂映射关系。建立配电网损耗计算模型,通过仿真算例的分析表明了所提方法具有的优势。

Abstract:

In order to improve the accuracy and time efficiency of loss calculation of distribution network with wind power grid-connected, based on the analysis of wind power characteristics and its influence on distribution network loss, a mathematical model based on improved random forest method is established, the electrical characteristic quantity related to loss is extracted from distribution network operation data, the index of fluctuation coefficient is put forward for the evaluation of wind power fluctuation, then the improved random forest method is used to realize the complex mapping between characteristic quantity and loss. The loss calculation model of distribution network is established, and the advantages of the proposed method is verified by analysis of simulation examples.
