智慧化移动办公是提高高校办公效率、节约师生时间成本的重要手段，为此设计了会议安排系统。系统以PHP脚本语言、MySQL数据库作为主要开发技术，依靠学校一表通系统搭建会议议题申报平台，在本系统中实现会议议程安排、会议议程修改、候会提醒和历史会议查询功能，通过调用企业微信接口向临近议题的参会人员发送实时会议进程提醒。该系统的实现有利于加快高校数字化进程，显著提升日常办公管理效率。

Intelligent mobile office is an important means to improve the efficiency of university office and save the time cost of teachers and students. The meeting arrangement system designed in this paper uses PHP scripting language and MySQL database as the main development technology, and relies on the Yibiaotong system to build a conference topic declaration platform. In this system, the functions of meeting agenda arrangement, meeting agenda modification, meeting waiting reminder and historical meeting inquiry can be realized, and real-time reminders of the meeting process can be sent to the participants of the upcoming topics by calling the enterprise WeChat interface. The realization of this system is conducive to accelerating the digitization process of universities and significantly improving the efficiency of daily office management.
