为了充分整合各类软硬件资源,实现大数据时代下现代化实验室改造与建设,提出了一种基于云计算的实验室学生实验系统。借助高性能计算机搭建分布式存储与分布式计算的终端配置。基于免疫遗传算法建立云数据备份方案,用于故障发生时的应急处理,提高硬件系统的可靠性。设计基于粒子群算法的任务分配与查询机制,实现信息系统的有效管理。在实验室实物平台上进行了实验,结果表明,提出的架构和算法可以实现实验室信息的高效管理。
Abstract：To fully integrate all kinds of software and hardware resources,and realize construction of laboratory in the big data era,a management information system based on cloud computing is proposed.Firstly,a hardware platform for distributed storage and distributed computing is established with the help of high performance computers;Secondly,the redundant backup scheme in machine or algorithm failures is developed based on immune genetic algorithm to enhance the reliability of the hardware system;Finally,the mechanism of task allocation and query is designed based on particle swarm algorithm to manage the information system effectively.The experiments on the platform indicate that the proposed system structure and the corresponding algorithms can realize the efficient management of the information system.
