对PDCA循环管理模式在血透患者护理中的应用进行研究。对参与试验的住院护士进行问卷调查，并对血透患者实施PDCA循环管理模式前后血透护理的满意度指标实施评价。结果表明：所提出的PDCA循环管理模式在血透病人护理中的应用使其职业认同感、行政后勤保障、人际关系及工作氛围等几项指标数据都有所提升，对提高护理质量具有积极的借鉴意义。

Application of the PDCA cycle management mode in the care of hemodialysis patients is carried out. A questionnaire survey is conducted among hospitalized nurses participating in the trial, and the satisfaction indexes of hemodialysis care before and after the PDCA cycle management mode are implemented for hemodialysis patients. The results show that the application of PDCA cycle management mode in hemodialysis patients' nursing improves the professional identity, administrative logistics support, interpersonal relationship and working atmosphere, which has positive reference significance for improving the quality of nursing.
