考虑到非物质文化遗产信息的传承与发展现状无法满足人们的需求，为了增强信息管理数字化平台的功能提高其性能，提出基于JavaWeb的非物质文化遗产信息管理数字化平台设计。利用JavaWeb开发技术，设计非物质文化遗产信息管理数字化平台架构，结合信息管理数字化服务器的设计，完成平台的硬件设计；在软件设计中，根据关键词在数据库中出现的概率，提取非物质文化遗产信息。利用用户对非物质文化遗产的信息的评分预测，优化非物质文化遗产信息集合和属性向量，依托信息评分预测模型，给出非物质文化遗产信息数字化推送优先级，实现非物质文化遗产信息管理的数字化推送。测试结果表明，本文平台的信息管理功能可以满足用户的需求，通过缩短响应时间、扩大存储空间，提高了平台的性能。

The inheritance and development of intangible cultural heritage information can not meet people's needs. In order to improve the function and performance of the digital platform for information management, this paper puts forward a design of the digital platform for information management of intangible cultural heritage based on JavaWeb. Using JavaWeb development technology, the architecture of the digital platform for intangible cultural heritage information management is designed, and the hardware design of the platform is completed by combining the design of the digital server for information management. In the software design, according to the probability of keywords appearing in the database, the intangible cultural heritage information is extracted. By users' scoring prediction of intangible cultural heritage information, the information set and attribute vector of intangible cultural heritage are optimized. Based on the information scoring prediction model, the digital push priority of intangible cultural heritage information is given, and the digital push of intangible cultural heritage information management is realized. The test results show that the information management function of the platform can meet the needs of users, and the performance of the platform is improved by shortening the response time and increasing the storage space.
