一种光伏板自除尘清扫系统的研究

摘要:

针对太阳能光伏板运行过程中表面积灰过多造成供电不足的问题,采用监视与控制通用系统(MCGS)自检结构进行光伏板表面积灰程度的数据收集和结果判定。利用积灰自除尘技术将图像监测与除尘器控制相结合,根据监控图像控制除尘器的启停;利用阈值判断的区域指导(ADT)算法对监测图像进行标准化调整,通过算法中的近邻规则和样本众数判定是否允许自除尘装置通车。实验表明,当光伏板运行功率为1200 W,在运行24 h内的板面积灰质量浓度为10.8 g/m3,采用的系统清洁度为97.6%。

Abstract:

Aiming at the problem of insufficient power supply caused by excessive surface dust during the operation of solar photovoltaic panels, this paper adopts the monitor and control general system(MCGS) self-inspection structure to collect data and determine the results of the gray level of photovoltaic panels. We utilize dust accumulation and self-dust removal technology and combine image monitoring with dust collector control to control the start and stop of the dust collector according to the monitoring image. The area directed threshold-judgment(ADT) algorithm is used to standardize the monitoring images, and the neighboring rules and the sample mode in the algorithm are used to determine whether the self-dust removal device is allowed to open to traffic. The test shows that the operating power of the photovoltaic panel is 1200 W, the ash mass concentration of the panel area within 24 h of operation is 10.8 g/m3, and the cleanliness of the adopted system is 97.6%.
