铁路运输是煤炭运输的主要手段,但煤炭洗选过程中会使煤中带水,在冬季会冻结在火车车厢内壁上或者煤本身冻结成大块影响后续运输。针对此问题,铁路煤运要求车厢中和煤中喷洒防冻液,以避免挂壁和冻结现象的发生。介绍了防冻液配置系统的硬件和软件,防冻液自动配料系统采用国内先进硬件设备和先进的智能算法,实现了自动按需定量配制。研究成果从根本上改变了生产力,为产业的科技化发展注入了力量,为企业节省了人力成本,为工人减轻了繁重的体力劳动,此成果对于同行业和类似产业都有借鉴价值。
Abstract:Railway transportation is a main means of coal transportation, but the coal washing process makes the coal with water, in winter it may be frozen on the inner wall of the train car or the coal itself frozen into large blocks, affecting the subsequent transportation. In order to solve this problem, railway coal transportation requires the carriage and coal to spray antifreeze to avoid wall hanging and freezing phenomenon. The hardware and software of the antifreeze configuration system are introduced. The antifreeze automatic batching system adopts domestic advanced hardware equipment and advanced intelligent algorithm to realize automatic quantitative preparation on demand. The research results have fundamentally changed the production power, injected power into the industrial development of science and technology, saved the labor cost for enterprises, and reduced the heavy manual labor for workers. The results have reference value for the same industry and similar industries.
