在电气互联虚拟电厂运行过程中,应用单目标优化模型构建优化调度方案会忽略很多不确定因素,使得优化调度后碳排放量依旧较高。因此,提出双碳量与需求约束下的电气互联虚拟电厂协调优化调度方法。从引入电解器和储气罐的虚拟电厂拓扑结构入手,明确其主要发电出力形式。以最大化运营收益、最小碳排放量为目标,构建多目标电气互联虚拟电厂协调优化调度函数,并在考虑双碳量与用户需求的情况下,定义负荷供需平衡、启停等优化调度约束条件。在多目标粒子群算法的辅助下,求解虚拟电厂协调优化调度方案。实验结果表明,实施所提出的方法生成的优化调度方案后,虚拟电厂的日均碳排放量保持在2.0 t左右,相比优化前有了明显降低。

Abstract:

During the operation of electrically interconnection virtual power plants, the optimization scheduling plan which is constructed based on a single objective optimization model may ignore many uncertain factors, resulting in high carbon emissions after optimization scheduling. Therefore, a coordinated optimization scheduling method for electrically interconnected virtual power plants under dual carbon and demand constraints is proposed. Starting from the topology structure of a virtual power plant that introduces electrolyzers and gas tanks, its main forms of power generation output are clarified. With the goal of maximizing operating income and minimizing carbon emissions, a multi-objective coordinated optimization scheduling function for electrically interconnected virtual power plants is constructed, and optimization scheduling constraints such as load supply and demand balance, startup and shutdown are defined while considering dual carbon and user demand. With the assistance of multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm, coordinated optimization scheduling plans for the virtual power plants are solved. The experimental results show that after the implementation of the optimization scheduling plans generated by the proposed method, the daily average carbon emissions of the virtual power plant remain at around 2.0 t, which is significantly reduced compared to before the optimization.
