针对传统海量医用信息检索系统的检索准确率低、检索时间开销较大,对大规模医用信息的实时检索性能不好等问题,提出一种云计算环境下的海量医用信息检索方法。构建医用信息检索系统的总体设计构架,设计基于模糊C均值聚类的医用信息检索数据库访问算法,构建医用信息数据库关联指向性特征,通过程序加载模块加载到系统的数据信息处理模块。在嵌入式Linux环境下设计海量医用信息检索系统的软件,采用交叉编译方式进行程序加载和信息检索控制,在云计算环境下实现信息编译和数据存储,完成海量医用信息检索系统的集成设计和系统调试。实验结果表明,采用该检索系统能大大提高海量医用信息的检索准确率,数据的召回率较高、信息检索的时间开销较小、实时检索性能好。
Abstract:The traditional medical information retrieval systems exist many problems such as the accuracy is very low, the retrieving time cost is high. A new retrieval system for massive medical information is presented under cloud environment to solve these problems. The overall design framework is given. The design is based on fuzzy algorithm of C mean clustering, and the data processing module is loaded through program loading module. It uses the cross compiler to control program loading and information detection. The data compiling and storage are completed under the cloud environment. At last the system is integrated and adjusted. The experiment results show that the system improves greatly the retrieving accuracy under massive medical information environment with a low time cost and good detecting performance.
