基于Zigbee的仓库环境检测系统设计

摘要:

现有的仓库环境检测方法比较低效,不能实现全方位环境数据实时采集,缺少全局性和实时性。设计了基于CC2530芯片的硬件平台,应用Zigbee技术将多个仓库节点组网,采用VC++6.0开发了一个仓库环境检测系统。系统通过烟雾传感器检测气体浓度,温湿度传感器检测温度和湿度,人体红外传感器检测是否有非法人员进入,采集到的信息被传递给上位机,当采集的数据不在要求的阈值范围时,主控界面根据采集信息发出指令,触发报警器报警及控制相应设备进行处理,实现仓库环境的监控和危险情况的处理。系统实现了防火防盗防范预警功能,有效地降低了仓库隐患,方便了仓库的管理,保护了商家的利益,也节约了一定的人力成本。

Abstract:

Nowadays,the environmental detect ways of warehouses are inefficiency;they can't achieve real-time data acquisition in all directions.These designs are lack of the overall importance and effectiveness.Based on CC2530 chip hardware platform,nodes in warehouse are connected to a network by Zigbee technology,a warehouse environment detecting system is developed by VC++6.0.In the system,the smoke sensors are used to detect gas concertation,temperature and humidity sensors are adopt to gather temperature and humidity,human infrared sensors are employed to detect whether illegal personnel entered.The gathered information is transmitted to host.When gathered data are not in the threshold range,the main control interface emits instruction,the alarm is triggered to alert and responding devices are controlled to deal abnormal.The system implements warehouse environment monitoring and danger deal.By the system,the hidden environment danger is reduced effectively,the management of the warehouse is more convenient,the interests of the business are protected,and certain labor costs are saved.
