为了控制十字路口的交通流量,以确保交通网的交通流顺畅。针对车辆队列长、绿灯时间、信号灯周期以及黄灯的影响问题进行了模拟实验研究。提出遗传算法使交通流控制最优化,从而在自我调整过程中找到最优解。首先遗传算法视当前队列长度为输入,然后,输出十字路口最优化后的绿灯时间。最后,通过引入各相态红灯期间涌入的交通流,使结果得到进一步改进。实验表明在十字路口应用遗传算法能够快速应对变化的车辆队列长,绿灯时间、信号灯周期等问题,并且实现交通流控制。
Abstract:In order to control the traffic flow in the intersection to ensure smooth traffic flow of traffic network, it does simulation and research for the problem of vehicle queue length and green time, signal cycle and the influence of yellow light. This paper uses genetic algorithm to optimize traffic flow control to find optimal solution in the process of self-tuning. Firstly, genetic algorithm regards the current queue length as input, and then outputs the optimization green time of crossroads. Finally, the result of genetic algorithm is further improved with introduction of the coming traffic flow during red time of each phase. Experiments show that the application of genetic algorithm in the intersection can respond quickly to the problems such as varying vehicle queue, green time, signal cycle and so on. The simulations' results show that the genetic algorithm is a successful method used in the traffic flow control.
